Frequently Asked Questions

How do I report an AI platform issue?

Open that platform’s status page on Is AI Down and use “Report an Issue.” A short note on what failed (timeouts, errors, degraded quality) and roughly when it happened helps others see the same pattern.

How often is the status updated?

The page reflects new submissions as they come in. Summary signals can shift whenever enough fresh reports arrive—there isn’t a single hourly “batch” refresh.

Can I suggest a new AI platform to monitor?

Yes. Email the platforms address with the product name, its public URL, and (if it matters) where most of your users sit geographically. We prioritize by demand and how reliably we can source status context.

How do you verify the accuracy of reports?

We don’t manually validate each story. Instead we look at report volume over sliding windows, sudden spikes versus normal noise, and whether many independent people report the same symptom around the same time.

Is my personal information safe?

We keep the footprint small: what’s needed to post a report and reduce abuse. Network identifiers are stored in a hashed form so we can throttle spam without keeping raw IPs for marketing or resale.

Response Times

These are informal targets for a small project—complex threads or security reviews can run longer.
